Acacia’s excellent survey results
Excellence in customer service is one of the key tenets upon which Acacia Consulting Services operates. We pride ourselves on working closely with our clients to develop a solution to meet their needs, and to then deliver a system of the highest quality in a timely and professional manner.
We are particularly proud of the ongoing support we offer our clients once their system has been implemented by our team of talented consultants.
Acacia Customer Support Survey
To ensure we continue to meet the needs of our clients, Acacia established a formal customer service feedback survey that we send to each client after a support call. Now in its ninth month, the survey has delivered excellent results in regards to key metrics:
- Overall, 97% of clients that responded to the survey had a positive customer support experience. In fact, better than 8 out of 10 clients rated their experience as ‘very positive’ – the highest category.
- 95% thought that Acacia listened and understood their questions and concerns.
- 96% were satisfied that the solution provided by Acacia met their needs.
But we’re not resting on our laurels. We think we can do better and have set even higher goals. And we will survey our clients to make sure we meet our new objectives, and to ensure we maintain our excellence in meeting our other service goals.
