The Business Improvement Guide book was released some years ago and contains over 700 tactics relating to Debtors, Stock, Expense and Payroll Efficiencies. At the beginning of this year, the book evolved into an online Business Improvement Tool. This online Tool allows you, the customer, to login from computer, tablet or mobile device and answer a series of questions designed to highlight whether or not your business systems are in need of review. At the end of each questionnaire you are presented with your business systems score, the lower the score the greater the opportunity for improvement.
