Attaché Menu Access

A key step when setting up a new user is to ensure you apply the correct menu access rights. If individual staff members are not to have full access to the Attaché menu, then the settings must be applied accordingly.

It is a very worthwhile exercise to spend some time working through the list of user names you currently have setup to login to Attaché.  Once you have shortened that list, print the Menu Access Details Report (Reports / Company / Setups – Menu Access Details)  and work through user name by user name to double check that a user doesn’t have access to menu items they shouldn’t.

Menu options that allow for Deletion, Bulk Updates should not be available to all user names.
