JobKeeper 2.0 Updates

Here in Australia, the Federal Governments’ JobKeeper scheme has been a life source for many businesses, employers and employees affected by Covid-19 during 2020.

JobKeeper commenced towards the end of March, 2020, and provided Businesses and Employers with a payment of $1500 for each full fortnight per eligible employee paid by the employer.

As of 28th September, 2020, this figure has changed to $1200 – and there have been a few other changes too.

For key dates and actions for employers, see the ATO website JobKeeper Key Dates page.

For details about JobKeeper see the ATO website JobKeeper page.
